Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Patients are seen in the office by appointment only. We request that you contact our office at (614) 224-0115 to schedule an appointment. Every effort is made to stay on time. However, in our specialty, deliveries, surgical delays and emergency patients may require care and cause unforeseen delays. We request your patience.

In the event that you have to cancel an appointment, we would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible. We require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for cancellations.

There is a $35.00 fee for missed appointments.

To Better Serve You...

• Please make appointments as far in advance as possible.

• If it is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Please call us immediately if you need to cancel your appointment.

• Please bring all your insurance information with you. This is most important, as insurance information is needed to file your claim. You will need to pay on the day of service if you do not have insurance or your insurance information.

• Hospital services will be provided at Grant Medical Center.
