
Mark S. Brown, M.D.
Dr. Brown graduated in 1980 from the Ohio State Medical School with a Doctor of Medicine degree. Following the completion of his residency from the Fitzsimmons Medical Center in 1984, Dr. Brown served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps for three years. He has been practicing in Columbus, Ohio since 1987.
Dr. Brown is Board Certified and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Brown has served as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and as President of the Medical Staff at Grant Medical Center.
Dr. Brown is married has three grown children, and one grandchild.
Tamara Thompson, M.D.
Dr. Thompson graduated from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 2000. She completed her residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA in 2004. She then relocated to Ohio to be closer to family and to join Midtown OB/Gyn.
Dr. Thompson is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Thompson is married and has two children.
KELLY HOSKINS TYLER, M.D.
Dr. Tyler graduated from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans in 2003. She completed her residency and internship at University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2007. She practiced in the Mississippi and Tennessee area until she relocated to Columbus to be with her husband and joined Midtown OB/GYN in August of 2009.
Dr. Tyler is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist.

Confidentiality Policy
Information in your medical records is kept in strict confidence and will not be released to any person or agency (with the exception of your referring physician), without your written consent. Our office is fully HIPAA compliant. Financial Policy
It is the policy of our office to expect payment for services at the time of the visit. Prompt payment enables us to control costs, a savings we can pass along to you. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card (Discover, Mastercard, Visa). Depending on your insurance company, we require copayments at your office visit or full payment of all services on the day of your appointment.
If unusual circumstances should make it impossible for you to pay your bill at the time of service, we ask that you call in advance and discuss this matter with our office manager to make appropriate arrangements.
As a service to our patients, we will assist in filing your insurance claims. Health insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company; thus, any remaining balance after insurance company reimbursement is your responsibility. Please verify your obligations with your insurer.
We participate with most major insurance plans in the area.
Patients are mailed monthly statements that reflect all charges, receipts, and credits. We assess a finance charge on all unpaid balances over 30 days.
